Where can you build steel buildings?

Do you build pole barns?
We build 4’ foot on center, 5’ on center buildings. We can also do frame outs so that they have less poles.
Can I buy your material and build it myself?
Not at this time.
What is the turnaround for construction of a steel building?
Our typical turnaround is 4 – 6 weeks from your site being ready for us to build.

Does the building come with concrete?
No. In some locations we have relationships with companies who provide concrete and can help with that process.
What are the specs for the concrete footer you require?
12” x 12” with Rebar
Can I use other substrates besides concrete?
Yes. Dirt, asphalt, or asphalt millings
Can I attach a carport or lean-to to an existing building?
Only if the building is the same manufacturer.
What do you require before building can begin?
- Permit – if applicable in your location
- Site Cleared and leveled according to code regulations
- Completion of concrete pad or preparation of dirt, asphalt or asphalt millings
- Signed contract and receipt of 16% down payment
What is the wind rating on your building?
Up to 170 mph.
Are there any size limits on what you build?
Width Maximum: 60 feet.
Height Maximum: 20 feet.

What is the roof pitch?
Vertical roof style with 3/12 pitch
What type of steel do you use in your buildings?

12 gauge on the building: 26 gauge on the roof
What are the standard roll-up door sizes?
6×6, 8×8, 9×8, 10×8, 10×10, 12×12, 14×14, 16×16
We build custom buildings and can accommodate other door sizes for a fee of $200 per door. Building size should include 2-foot clearance for roll-up doors.

Do you offer sliding or French doors instead of roll-up doors?
No, but we can frame out the door for separate installation by your contractor.
What size is the standard entry door?
36”x80”
Do the garage doors or entry doors come in different colors?
Standard is white. Colors are available for an additional $100.
Are there options for the entry doors with inset windows or decorative panels?
Yes. Entry doors only.
What are the size options for windows?
30×30 and 30×36. We can also frame out window openings to any size for separate installation.
Do you have hurricane-rated windows?
No.
Do you provide electrical or plumbing?
We can work with you to secure contractors to set up electrical and plumbing in some locations.
What kind of down payment do I need?
16% of the pre-tax cost. The balance is due on completion of construction.
What are the fees for engineering drawings?
$175 for general plans. Site-specific plans for additional cost.
What are the fees for your company assisting me with getting a permit?
$475 for building and concrete.
What type of warranty do you provide?
20-year limited paint warranty on vertical roof structures.

How do I get started?

If you decide to go forward, we can fine tune the details and cost, execute an agreement, and start the process. We also have an online tool where you can design your building and choose different features to get a rough idea of the cost.
