I originally put a deposit on metal building from another company online. After a lot of back and forth with them not wanting to work with me on some modifications and then trying to charge me additional money for my permit required anchors. I fired that company and found Tom. I explained my special situation to him and he was great to work with. Not only did Tom help me out, I saved a little coin by purchasing with him.
The installation went smoothly, I got the required anchoring I needed for my permit. Tom was available through the entire process, even when I called in the evening.

Tom was very responsive and ok to work with, Carolina carports who built the building and erects it not so much. You are dealing with Carolina carports after your deposit. It took 18 weeks for my 39x40 building to be put up and that's after me calling Carolina carports many times ( timeline is quite common for carolina carports unfortunately ). It went from 6-8 weeks at order to 8-10 weeks after my pad was complete to being built 18 weeks after continuing to call Carolina carports to get on their schedule. The crew did great work but I paid for 11' wall on my lean too and they ended up only being 10' 6.5" , which means my garage door i had would no longer fit. Do you research on Carolina carports as this is who will be building and erection your building.

Tom is very respectable and owns up to any mistake made. There was a communication problem between him and Carolina Carports but he made it right by giving a full refund. I decided to go with another company because my wait time went from 4-8 weeks to 13-17 weeks. Let's just say it took the wind out of my sail but at least he admitted the problem and gave me a full refund.
No building but Tom was honest and for that he deserves a 5 star rating.

The installation team was very professional and had the construction done in 3 days during a rain event here.
