We shopped around with three different Steel building companies and decided going with Central Florida Building and Carports. The main reason we chose to go with Central Florida Building & Carports was because of Tom Swiney's excellent customer service (his prompt phone and text response, professional work ethic, honesty and the guidance). He was able to give us through out the whole process of designing out project.We were equally pleased with the accuracy of the hard working crews that arrived as scheduled to deliver and install our building. I welcome Tom to use us as a refence with serious clients. Wish we could give six stars in stead of five!

I'm very pleased with my new carport. Tom was prompt and helpful, and the install was quick.
Tom @ CFB&C was awesome, he was responsive, visited the site before quoting it, answering any questions or detail concerns that I had up front. The support Tom and his network of providers made were professional and allowed it to progress to a great result. I completely recommend CFB&C for this style of out building.
Tom is alway available and ready to help you along the process. When we applied for the building permit had an issue with Indian River County Building department and the certification of Carolina Carports. The county was saying that Carolina Carports was not certified in this county, Tom reached out to the IRC building department and found the certification number.
Tom was fantastic in getting us where we needed to be to have this building underway. He always had the answer to our questions promptly and gave us some very good advice. The shed itself was better that I imagined. We are very happy with our purchase and are thinking about having a second one built.
