Tom and Central Florida Buildings and Carports were fantastic to work with! I did a ton of research before ordering my building and got multiple quotes, I’m glad I went with this company. The building turned out better than I expected with no issues from order, to scheduling to build - everything was great. Highly recommended!!

Good experience overall. Tom was just like every other review I read. Courteous with very quick responses. The construction crew was professional and quite efficient. 2.5 days for a Long Span Truss 40 x 54 w 2 roll ups, walk thru, 7 windows, and the lift I ordered was 3 hours late, so the crew had to make up for that as well. Solid design and construction. Thank You Tom!

The main reason we chose to go with Central Florida Building & Carports was because of Tom Swiney's excellent customer service (his prompt phone and text response, professional work ethic, honesty and the guidance). He was able to give us through out the whole process of designing out project.
We were equally pleased with the accuracy of the hard working crews that arrived as scheduled to deliver and install our building. I welcome Tom to use us as a refence with serious clients. Wish we could give six stars in stead of five!

Tom is alway available and ready to help you along the process. When we applied for the building permit had an issue with Indian River County Building department and the certification of Carolina Carports. The county was saying that Carolina Carports was not certified in this county, Tom reached out to the IRC building department and found the certification number.

Tom was fantastic in getting us where we needed to be to have this building underway. He always had the answer to our questions promptly and gave us some very good advice. The shed itself was better that I imagined. We are very happy with our purchase and are thinking about having a second one built.
